Fire Code Board of Appeals
The Fire District recognizes that there are times when it is difficult to comply with the letter of the code. When it has been determined that there are practical difficulties in meeting the requirements of the current code, the Appeals process can be used to request a possible variance. Appeals shall be made in writing to the CAFMA Fire Code Board of Appeals by completing a variance request form. Completed forms shall be returned to Fire Prevention, 8603 E Eastridge Dr, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314.
