Planning & Logistics is led by Assistant Chief Scott Bliss. The Division provides logistic and planning support for the Agency and includes Research and Planning, Fleet Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Technical Services, and the Warehouse.   Our purpose is to maintain apparatus and facilities, ensure radio and data communication, as well as to provide supplies and protective equipment needed for the mission of the Agency.  Other vital roles include collection, analysis and distribution of data to other areas of the organization for long term budgeting and planning, as well as GIS/Mapping Services, and web-site management.
